While most people think of Brownstone Gardens as a wedding venue, what types of other events are held at the venue?
In addition to hosting weddings, Brownstone Gardens hosts other events like baby showers, birthdays, memorials, graduation events and proms. Party packages include one Brownstone Staff member, 1 hour setup and 1 hour clean up, round tables (one table per 8 guests) , Mahogany Chiavari chairs, two 8 foot tables and use of the Bridal Falls area only. Alcohol beverages must be booked through Brownstone Gardens and Best Beverage Catering. Catering and table linens available for an additional fee. This package can be booked 90 days in advance.

What is the capacity?
Brownstone can accommodate up to 300 guests at this garden venue. On-site gravel parking lot can accommodate up to 100 cars, there is also street parking available in front of the venue.
Brownstone Gardens offers 3 preferred caterers for buffet service, the buffet includes choice of 2 entrees, 2 sides, salad and dinner rolls. Full hosted alcohol and non-hosted alcohol bars are only available through Best Beverage Catering, All preferred catering packages includes the following: set up and clean up, buffet set up, uniformed staff servers, colored floor length table linen, colored napkins, round tables, centerpieces, china and water goblets. We do allow outside catering from licensed and insured caterers.
Should folks want to book, how far in advance should this be done?
It is best to book your wedding as soon as you have a date in mind, peak months book faster than others. We do only one event at a time, per day. Party packages can be booked 90 days in advance.
