Oakley Police Nab 3 Mail Theft Suspects With 34 Separate Households Mail

The Oakley Police Department announced the arrest of three suspects in connection with mail theft that targeted 34 households in the City of Oakley and City of Antioch. — Full Story

Oakley Woman Pleads Guilty to Five Counts Related to Statutory Rape of Minors

Martinez, Calif. – An Oakley woman was sentenced to almost eight years in prison for offenses related to the commission of lewd acts and statutory rape of minors between January and March of 2022.

On February 3rd,  35-year-old Jennifer Decarlo pled guilty to two counts of lewd acts upon a minor, two counts of statutory rape, and one count of meeting with a minor for lewd purposes. She will be required to serve 7 years and 8 months in state prison.

Upon release from prison, she will be placed on parole and required to register for life as a sex offender. — Full Story
