Antioch Police Announce Arrest of Shooting Suspect at Twin Creeks Apartments
The Antioch Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect who attempted to rob a man, shot him, and carjacked his vehicle on Saturday.
Police announced the arrest of Jacari McKinney (18-year-old, Oakley resident), in the March 11 incident at the Twin Creeks Apartments on James Donlon Blvd. After further investigation, McKinney was also wanted in an Oakley Shooting.
On March 15, 2023, at approximately 5:00 am, the Antioch Police Department’s Investigation’s Bureau and SWAT team, with the assistance of the Oakley Police Department served a search and arrest warrant in the 1200 block of Quail Valley Run in Oakley, related to this case.
The suspect, Jacari McKinney (18-year-old, Oakley resident), was taken into custody and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for carjacking and assault with a deadly weapon for our investigation — Full Story
Updated: Female Wounded in Road Rage Shooting in Antioch
On March 14, 2023, at approximately 7:51 pm, the Antioch Police Department’s Communications Center received a call from the Brentwood Police Department advising there was someone shot on Lone Tree Way at the intersection of State Route 4 (SR-4). — Full Story
