The Concord Police Department is investigating a murder that occurred on Tuesday at 9:48 am in the area of Solano Way and Broadmoor Ave in the City of Concord.
According to police, when Concord Officers arrived on scene, they located two people suffering from gunshot wounds. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene and the other was transported to the hospital.

UPDATE – Arrest Made, 1 Still Outstanding
At approximately 10am on March 21, 2 adult males were shot in a shopping center at 2182 Solano Way. One of the males died at the scene.
Later in the evening, Detectives located and arrested 19 year old Haley Sparks Hadsell of Martinez CA. The other suspect has not been located. His name is Sione “Ono” Amanaki, a 20 year old male from Concord. Amanaki knows he is wanted and may be hiding out in the City of Oakland. The case is still under investigation and there are no further details at this time.
