Pleasant Hill, CA – Downtown Pleasant Hill is continuing its free summer concert series tradition with the return of popular favorite The Cheeseballs, who will bring their great brand of funk and soul to the mix.
In addition to the vibe of The Cheeseballs, Downtown Pleasant Hill’s many restaurants and bars are offering up happy hour specials, as follows:
Crescent Bistro:
- Monday through Friday from 3-6 pm
- Discounted well drinks, wines by the glass, beer on tap and specialty cocktails as well as $5-7 appetizers that include the (to die for) jalapeno cheddar doughnuts, cured salmon deviled eggs, and other popular favorites.
Gotta Eat Pita:
- Daily during the entire month of July from 3-6 pm
- Discounts on the popular Mediterranean bowls.
Jacks:
- Monday through Friday from 3-6 pm
- Special discounts on well drinks, wines by the glass, beer on tap and specialty cocktails, plus a full menu of tempting appetizers.
- After imbibing in happy hour, head over to check out The Cheeseball’s vibe at Crescent Drive Plaza in front of Jack’s Restaurant & Bar.
Running through September, the concert series features an eclectic lineup of bands that showcase a range of music genres, including R&B, soul, rock, and more. Each concert takes place on Thursday evenings, from 7:00-9:00 pm, making it a perfect mid-week break to relax, unwind, and dance the night away.

Local eateries and shops around Crescent Drive remain open during concert times, allowing attendees to grab a bite to eat or enjoy some shopping before or after the show.
