The Danville Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Wednesday at a Wells Fargo Bank.
According to police, on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at approximately 12:28 p.m., the Danville Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Wells Fargo branch at 585 San Ramon Valley Blvd.Three males entered the bank armed with handguns then demanded items from customers and cash from tellers.
The suspects fled the scene with cash in a gray SUV, which was later recovered in a nearby city. The abandoned vehicle has been taken in as evidence.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident, and Danville Police Department is actively investigating.
