Makers Boulevard

On Sunday, the The Makers Boulevard, a premier artisan makers market, will launch its newest market location in the City of Oakley.

The quarterly market will take place on Sundays at the Tri Delta Transit Oakley mobility hub (4300 Main Street near Main St. & Cypress).  The market will kick off on August 4th with the next event being November 3rd, from 9 am to 1 pm, with more dates scheduled in 2025. This exciting expansion will provide residents with convenient access to unique shopping, live entertainment, complimentary family activities, food trucks, and more.

“We are committed to expanding our reach and providing communities with a fun and vibrant open-air event experience that’s tailored to families and friends in support of local small businesses,” said Katie Rogina, Founder of The Makers Boulevard. “Our partnership with Tri Delta Transit and the City of Oakley allows us to strategically locate our new market within the Oakley mobility hub, ensuring accessibility for all residents, regardless of their mode of transportation.”

The new market will feature a curated selection of local artisan makers, designers, artists, and small businesses. In addition, the convenient location allows community members to easily access the event via Tri Delta Transit’s fixed route, Tri MyRide, and paratransit services, as well as by walking, cycling, and driving by utilizing the on-site parking.

“Tri Delta Transit is committed to providing residents with multiple transportation options to get where they need to go, such as attending local events,” said Rashidi Barnes, Chief Executive Officer at Tri Delta Transit. “The integration of The Makers Boulevard into our Oakley Mobility Hub highlights the symbiotic relationship between mobility, economic and social vitality for the various communities that we serve.”

All are invited to join us for a ribbon-cutting celebration on August 4th at 9:00 am to open the market officially.
