Brentwood Police

The Brentwood Police Department announced the arrest of an Antioch man in connection with an armed robbery Monday morning.

According to Brentwood Police, early this morning around 1:00 AM, Brentwood officers were dispatched to 50 Sand Creek Road following a report of an armed robbery. When officers arrived on scene, they were informed by the victim that he had just been robbed at gunpoint and the suspects fled in a black sedan.

While officers were interviewing the victim, Oakley Police Department officers spotted the suspects’ car in their jurisdiction and attempted a traffic stop. The driver, however, fled at a high rate of speed, leading to a pursuit. The suspect car subsequently crashed into an embankment off Highway 160.

Brentwood officers arrived at the crash scene and confirmed the vehicle matched the description of the suspects’ car. The two occupants were detained, and officers found a loaded handgun and the property stolen from the victim in the vehicle. The suspect, 28-year-old Orey Douglas of Antioch, was positively identified and placed under arrest.

Douglas was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility for booking. (see previous arrests report)

If you had any doubt that our judicial system was screwed up, here is positive proof that it is indeed broken.

This guy has been arrested for Murder, Carjacking (x2), Stolen property, Carrying a concealed weapon (x5), Corporal punishment of a spouse, Sex with a child under 16, and a bunch of other incidents.
He has been arrested by CHP, Alameda County SD, Contra Costa SD, Oakland PD, Hayward, Fremont, BART, San Jose, Solano County, etc.

What was this POS doing out with the public?

Do you think maybe there might be some validity to the recall efforts of Contra Costa District Attorney Diana Becton and Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price?

If you’re wondering why this guy wasn’t in a state prison, so am I.
He has been arrested for Murder, Carjacking (x2), Carrying a concealed weapon (x5), Sex with a child under 16, Corporal punishment of a spouse, Receiving stolen property, Robbery, etc.
He has been arrested by Sheriff’s departments in Alameda, Solano and Sacramento counties as well as by CHP, Hayward PD, Newark PD, Oakland PD, Antioch PD, Vacaville PD, San Jose PD, BART PD and now Oakley PD.
I think there is a direct correlation between this guy still being allowed to roam our streets and the recall efforts of the District Attorneys in Contra Costa (Diana Becton) and Alameda (Pamela Price).
