Sept. 15-21: Oakley Police Calls

• Sept. 26: Oakley Police Announce Arson Arrest: The suspect in this case is Maxwell Gillette, a 48 year old male out of Oakley. Gillette was booked into jail for felony charges related to arson.
• Sept. 26: Oakley Police Say Teen Driving Recklessly Led to Pursuit and Crash: The driver of the Infiniti was a 16-year-old male from Oakley, due to the suspects age we will not be identifying him. The male suspect sustained a major leg injury and he was also transported to a local hospital by an AMR ambulance crew.
