Brentwood, CA – East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC) is thrilled to announce that one of its longtime students, Eva Carreon, age 10, has been cast in the role of “Kate” in the upcoming Broadway tour of Annie.
Eva’s hard work, dedication, and passion for dance and theater have earned her this exciting opportunity, and ECPAC couldn’t be more proud to share this incredible achievement with the community.
Eva Carreon has been a student at ECPAC since she was just 2 years old, where she began her journey in dance. Over the years, she has developed her skills across multiple disciplines, including ballet, jazz, and musical theater, starring in multiple musicals across the Bay Area. Her commitment to her craft and her love for performing have shone through in every recital, competition, and class, leading to this exciting opportunity to perform on a national stage.

The Broadway tour of Annie will bring the beloved musical to cities across the United States, offering audiences the chance to experience the classic story of hope, family, and resilience. As “Kate,” one of the charming orphans, Eva will be part of a cast that will bring this timeless show to life, sharing her talents with audiences nationwide.
“This new adventure is amazing and I am having so much fun already. My cast mates and everyone involved is so talented,” said Eva Carreon, age 10. “I’m so glad to have the opportunity to perform on so many different stages and I hope everyone in the audience will see how much this means to me. ”
