The Contra Costa Indoor Bocce Association will hold an open house on Nov 3rd at the Contra Costa Event Center in the City of Antioch. Street entrance is at “O” street (same as Paradise skate); follow the signs.
Did you know that the bay area has one of the largest collections of bocce ball leagues and players? The Contra Costa Indoor Bocce Association established in 1991 is one of those leagues, and what sets us apart is they operate during the winter when the outdoor leagues are not operating fully, and they are one of the few leagues that offers a program for beginners.
Step into a world of winter wonder and endless fun playing indoor bocce ball! If you’re looking for an exciting and sociable way to beat the winter blues, look no further.
The indoor bocce ball league offers a program for beginners, called the “Wine and Cheese League” and they invite you to gather your friends, family, or coworkers and form teams of 6-15 players, making it the perfect opportunity to strengthen bonds and create unforgettable memories.
Anyone aged 12 to 100 can join in the action, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the game. So, whether you’re brand new to bocce ball or casual player, come and experience the joy of winter indoor bocce ball here locally, where the fun is ongoing, and the laughter is endless. Join them this winter and let the games begin!
Come by the open house on Nov 3rd from 3:00pm to 6:00pm to give bocce ball a try before you sign up. Sign ups end Nov 5th. The New season begins Nov 15th 2024 through Feb 28th,, 2025. The league will help form teams for individual sign ups.
