El Cerrito Police Retail Theft Operation Nets 6 Arrests

On October 25, between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm, El Cerrito Police Officers in conjunction with Loss Prevention Agents, conducted a retail theft operation in the El Cerrito Plaza.

The businesses included Marshalls, Ross, CVS, Lucky, and Foot Locker. El Cerrito

According to police, they arrested six shoplifting suspects. They were:

  • Timothy Millet, 59 – San Francisco
  • David Hernandez, 34 – Oakland
  • Delton Harris, 53 – San Francisco
  • Christopher Leach, 43 – Crockett
  • Heather Stock, 29 – Berkeley
  • Quarron Reed, 25 – Paso Robles

All stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the businesses.  The El Cerrito Police, and our business partners, want criminals to know that we arrest and prosecute thieves.  The El Cerrito Police Department is committed to working with our business partners to enhance safety and improve the quality of life for all.
