Antioch Police Say Fatal Shooting in Delta Bowl Parking Lot Was Attempted Robbery

The Antioch Police Department say a gunfight that led to two deaths on December 7 is believed to have been an attempted robbery.

According to police, after Antioch police detectives conducted a thorough investigation, the incident was believed to be an attempted robbery in which the suspect and victim shot one another.

“It does not appear that the suspect and victim knew each other based on a review of video surveillance and additional evidence that was processed in the days following the shooting.
