DA Concludes Investigation into Accessory After the Fact Charge in the Alexis Gabe Case:
he Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office has concluded its investigation into whether the mother of Marshall Curtis Jones, III acted as an accessory after the fact in connection with the death of Alexis Gabe in January 2022. Since the May 26, 2022, charging of Marshall Curtis Jones with the first-degree murder of Alexis Gabe, and Jones’ subsequent death while law enforcement was serving him a warrant in Washington State on June 1st of the same year, the District Attorney’s Office remained committed to investigating all possible avenues of criminal liability. This commitment included evaluating whether any individual, including Jones’s mother, Alicia Coleman-Clark could bear criminal liability for actions taken after the crime. — full story
