Oakley Police Chief Paul Beard said, “These cases represent the efforts and diligence our officers display on a very routine basis. In each of these cases guns were in the possession of people who are lawfully not allowed to possess firearms. Each of these cases represents potential threats to the general public and each arrest represents potential acts of senseless violence that could not take place because of the hard work of the officers. I appreciate the hard work the officers of the Oakley Police Department and the proactive measures they take to prevent violence.

Thank you officers and stay safe Oakley!”
