The Livermore Police Department announced the arrest of three juveniles who they say are connected to 49 auto burglaries.
From May 5 to June 3, the Livermore Police Department investigated a series of auto burglaries that occurred in the downtown area and surrounding streets. All of the burglaries took place during the overnight hours and involved smashed windows, primarily on the front passenger side, to steal miscellaneous items such as USB drives, battery packs, sunglasses, and wallets.
Through investigative leads and surveillance footage, Livermore Police identified several juvenile suspects responsible for the crimes. Search warrants were executed at their homes, where officers recovered some of the stolen property.
On June 10, three juveniles were arrested in connection with 49 of the auto burglaries:
- 12-year-old male from Livermore
- 14-year-old female from Livermore
