Firefighters across Contra Costa County had a busy Monday with multiple fires breaking out in the early afternoon.
This comes on the heels of multiple fires last week in East Contra Costa County with a 4 houses damaged in a Brentwood fire, 290 acres burned in Antioch and a 5 acre fire in Pittsburg.
Here is a quick rundown of Mondays incidents:

By 1:40 pm, forward progress was stopped and by 1:52 pm, the fire was holding at 62 acres.
Diablo Evacuation Warning Issued
A fire broke out in Diablo just before 12:00 pm Monday with the fire which soon caused an evacuation warning to be issued for residents between Blackhawk Road and Green Valley Trail in Diablo. As of 12:45 pm, the fire was held to 5-acres.
This is an EVACUATION WARNING. No evacuation has been ordered at this time, but it is possible one may become necessary. You should prepare now in case an evacuation is ordered.
