Former Tri Delta Transit CEO Jeanne Krieg was inducted into the APTA Hall of Fame after 32-years at the agency.
Washington, D.C. – The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) today honored 13 organizations and leaders with awards for their vision, leadership, and commitment to public transportation. The association will also induct six new members into the prestigious APTA Hall of Fame.
The 2025 APTA Awards recognize organizations and leaders in the public transportation industry in North America who have demonstrated significant leadership, are outstanding role models of excellence, and whose accomplishments and innovations have greatly advanced public transportation.
“It is my honor to congratulate the winners of the 2025 APTA Awards and the Hall of Fame inductees for their dedication to advancing the future of public transportation, creating vital connections between communities, and driving innovation,” said MJ Maynard-Carey, APTA Board Chair and CEO, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada.

Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority (Tri Delta Transit) CEO Jeanne Krieg was honored by the California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CalACT) in Newport Beach at the CalACT spring conference.
CEO Jeanne Krieg, a 31-year veteran of the transportation industry, was awarded a spot on the CalACT Wall of Excellence. The Wall of Excellence recognizes individuals who have had a long and distinguished career in public transportation and have made outstanding contributions to CalACT and the transportation industry.
