Unincorporated Concord, CA – The Contra Costa County Public Works Department will perform crash cushion replacement work on Kirker Pass Road, near the intersection of Kirker Pass Road and Hess Road, on Monday, August 25, 2025, barring unforeseen circumstances. The work will take place from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Message boards will be posted to advise drivers of the work. Traffic control will be used, including temporary lane closures in both the northbound and southbound directions. Drivers can expect delays of up to 5 minutes.
