Civil Complaint

  • 2/4 – Vivian St: RP ALLOWED HER FRIEND TO USE HER VEH – HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BUY IT BUT SINCE JAN 06 HE STOPPED TAKING RPS CALLS AND HAS CHANGED HIS 21. VEH/ BLK 2008 TOYT SEQUOIA. RP WANTING TO REPORT HER VEH AS 10851

Forgery/Fraud

  • 2/4 – Dawnview Dr: RP GAVE SUSP $90 TO VIEW AN APT THRU HER CREDIT UNION ACCT – WHEN RP WAS TO BE REFUNDED THEY NEVER REFUNDED AND RP FOUND OUT THE APT WAS NEVER FOR AVAIL FOR RENT.
  • 2/5 – Bellmeade Way: MULT TRANSACTIONS USED W/ RPS CREDIT CARD- TOTAL AMT $2500.
  • 2/5 – Regent Dr: . CUSTOMER FELL VICTIM TO A SCAM – IMPERSONATOR TALKED INTO SETTING UP WIRE TRANSFER.
  • 2/6 – Symphony Cir: RPS MOTHER WAS VIC OF A DIGITAL CRYPTO SCAM / $200,000 IN RETIREMENT FUNDS TAKEN

  • 2/3 – Central Blvd: RP’s ex stole her computer from her house.

  • 2/5 – Haystack Ct: RP’S BF EX GIRLFRIEND HAS BEEN HARASSING RP.

  • 2/1 – Lone Tree Way: WFA LSW BRO JACKET GRN LEGGINGS AND BLK SHOES IS CURRENTLY IN THE FROZEN SECTION – 3 ITEMS IN HER BRO PURSE APPROX $20 WORTH
  • 2/2 – Lone Tree Way: 2 SUBJS TOOK 22 CASES OF WATER WORTH $202. SUBJS ASSOC TO WHI HOND HRV
  • 2/2 – Saratoga Pl & Europena Dr: RP WENT TO PICK UP MAIL AND MAIL BOX WAS OPEN.
  • 2/3 – Lone Tree Way: HM, BLK BEANIE BLK HOODIE W/GOLD LETTERING

  • 2/3 – Lone Tree Way: KNOWN OFFENDER JUST COMMITTED A RETURN FRAUD, TAKE APPROX $300. TOOK OFF IN A WHI FORD F150; HM OR MIDDLE EASTERN MALE, E40S, LSW: WHI SHIRT, BLU JNS, WHI SHOES.

  • 2/4 – Heidorn Ranch Rd: TAKE WAS ALCOHOL APPROX $400

  • 2/6 – Arlington Way: BOTH PLTS MISSING FROM RPS VEH
  • 2/7 – Sand Creek Rd: BAG/WALLET AND A ROSS BAG FULL OF ROSS MERCH AND GIRLFS WALLET. RPS GIRLF OS W/ HIM AND ALSO VIC.

Roadrage Complaint

  • 2/1 – O’Hara Ave & Sand Creek Rd: MOTORCYCLIST FOLLOWING RP AND THREATENED HER W/HARM AND ADV THAT HE HAS A GANG OF PEOPLE WHO COULD HURT HER. SUBJ ACCUSED RP OF CUTTING HIM OFF.
  • 2/6 – Balfour Rd: SUBJ CUT OFF RP AND BREAK CHECKED RP.

Robbery (Armed)

  • 2/7 – Tuckahoe Way: HMA 5’7 – 5’8 wearing a sweater and pants. Left in 4D red truck possibly a dodge ram with loud mufflers. Robbed him at gunpoint. Took RP’s gold.

Vandalism

  • 2/1 – St Andrews Dr: RP’S CAR IS DENTED.

Vehicle Theft

  • 2/3 – Roundhill Dr: RPS VEH WAS TKN FROM OUTSIDE OF THIS RESD SOMETIME OVERNIGHT VEH/SIL 19 KIA FORTE.
  • 2/6 – Brentwood Blvd: 2014 WHI FORD F150 4D PICK UP WAS TAKEN FROM THE PLOT SOMETIME AFTER 1930 HRS – RP HAS THE KEYS

Recent Headline:

  • Video: Brentwood Police Release Video from Fatal Officer Involved Shooting:  The Brentwood Police Department is releasing a Critical Incident Video related to the officer-involved shooting that occurred on December 24, 2025. At approximately 10:55 p.m., Brentwood Police Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Balfour Road and Foothill Drive for suspicion of DUI. The driver identified as Romaine Morgan, a 43-year-old male from Stockton, California was the only occupant in the vehicle.
  • Brentwood Provides Update on Investigation Regarding The Yolanda Ramirez Case: On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at a legally noticed special Council meeting, Mayor Susannah Meyer reported that the City Council and the Brentwood Police Department remain fully committed to cooperating with the independent investigation being conducted by the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation is independent, and it is essential that it be allowed to proceed thoroughly, objectively, and without interference. Out of respect for the integrity of the investigative process and for the Ramirez family, the City of Brentwood and the Brentwood Police Department will not speculate or comment on matters currently under review.
