Five Suns Brewing in Martinez announced that live music has returned starting in April with a spring kick off of six shows. They are located at 626 Main St. Martinez, CA 94553.
Here’s the line up for live music in April.
- Saturday, April 4 – Garageland Rodeo: Since 2004, GarageLand Rodeo has been a force in the East Bay music scene, offering up high-energy rock, blues & soul music with a sound that is reminiscent of the Stones/Black Crowes/Tesdeschi-Trucks, interspersed with Etta James, Aretha Franklin and Allman Brothers. This is not a typical cover band, nor a top-40 live jukebox outfit, by any means. We rock hard and we deliver our crunchy sound with passion and humor, over a variety of genres. Our audiences have come to expect shows that can deliver a thrilling array of familiar tunes, alongside some very deep pulls from vinyl B-sides, some very imaginative reworking of songs you thought you knew, and some original tunes, too!

Sunday, April 5 – Dan & Matt: Join us on this Sunday as Dan and Matt take over the Patio! They’ll be cranking out classic hits for an afternoon of fun and entertainment.

Known for their crafty reinventions of familiar hits, they roll through every set with razor-sharp musicianship, rich, layered vocal harmonies, and a rebellious sense of fun. From reimagined rock bangers to flipped pop anthems to surprise deep tracks, their carefully curated set list will keep you guessing—and fully hooked.

Sunday, April 19 – Dan Durkin: Experience the raw, stripped-back beauty of rock and roll history. Dan Durkin takes the spotlight featuring the deep catalog of Tom Petty alongside favorites from the classic rock era.

Sunday, April 26 – Chad & Bruce (CBD): Get ready for a nostalgic, high-energy session as Chad and Bruce, also known as CBD, perform live music! This dynamic duo is stripping down your favorite 80s and 90s hits for an afternoon of relaxing acoustic music.
Five Suns Brewing was established in 2017 by a group of lifetime long friends, Dennis Boettcher, Jess Jackson, Sean Macias, Nick Riccobono, and Michael Tucker. All five founders were raised in Martinez, CA and graduates of the local schools.
