On Tuesday, the FBI Served multiple search warrants within the City of Martinez, including at the tax assessors office.
Warrants were also served on Temple Drive in Pacheco (assistant county assessor Vince Robb) and West Arlington Street in Martinez (County assessor Gus Kramer).
Kramer announced earlier this year he was retiring and would not seek re-election. This allowed Robb to run for the seat, which last week received 67.66% of the vote and earned the seat.
