The Richmond Police Department announced late Tuesday that it is investigating a homicide that occurred in the 4500 block of Potrero Avenue.
Officers responded to the area and are actively conducting an investigation. Detectives remain on scene gathering evidence and following up on leads.
At this time, there is no additional information available for release. More details will be provided as they become available and when it is appropriate to do so without compromising the investigation. Police are asking anyone with information related to this incident is encouraged to contact the Richmond Police Department or submit an anonymous tip through the department’s tip line.
