The Diablo Water District is asking customers to defeat the new resource-draining villain, “Drip,” by completing two specific actions to reduce waste and prevent water leaks:
- Action 1: Switch to electronic paperless billing (e-billing) through the customer portal.
- Action 2: Enroll in automatic leak alerts.
The Incentive
$250 Bill Credit: Diablo Water District customers who complete both smart water habits will be entered into a raffle to win one of five $250 bill credits.
Deadline: The contest runs through August 31, 2026.
