Nuvision Credit Union

Nuvision Credit Union has launched its NuvisionCares Helping Kids in Our Community month. As part of its long-standing commitment to local communities, the credit union is hosting a series of drives, collecting clothing and children’s essentials throughout the month of July, to support children and families in the communities it serves.

In the Bay Area, the credit union is partnering with Contra Costa County-based non-profit White Pony Express to provide essential clothing for infants and their families in need throughout Contra Costa County.

Now through August 3, Nuvision is collecting new infant clothing and care essentials supporting White Pony Express’ efforts to help local children and families with everyday basics. All donations will be given to White Pony Express to be distributed to the community.

White Pony Express’ mission is to help end hunger and poverty by delivering nutritious food and clothing to those in need.

Nuvision Credit Union exemplifies what it means to be a true community partner and this clothing drive is a perfect example of that spirit in action. The infant essentials Nuvision collects go directly to families in Contra Costa County who are navigating some of life’s hardest moments, and receiving something as simple as clean, well-chosen clothes for their baby can be profoundly meaningful. We are so grateful to the entire Nuvision team for turning their commitment to service into real, tangible care for our neighbors. This is exactly the kind of partnership that makes our work possible.”Eve Birge, CEO, White Pony Express.

Nuvision is encouraging others to join the cause by donating new infant clothing and baby supplies at any of the credit union’s Contra Costa County branch locations or online. With the help of our community, we can make a vital, positive impact on the lives of children and families in need.
