The City of Concord announced Friday that there are new parking garage hours near Todos Santos Plaza.
According to the city, the change was aimed at addressing ongoing nighttime vandalism. The City has updated the operating hours for the public parking garages at 2255 Grant Street and 2051 Salvio Street, near Todos Santos Plaza.
The new hours are:
- Every day- Open: 5:01 a.m. – 11:59 p.m.

Every day – Closed: 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.
According to the Concord Police Department, through June, citywide crime data is showing the following:
- Assault: 353
- Burglaries: 160
- Robbery: 57
- Shoplifting: 318
- Theft from Building:46
- Theft From Vehicle: 263
- Theft of Vehicle Parts:88
- Vandalism to Property: 362
- Vehicle Theft: 159
