Lafayette Res Run for Education
Lace up and join the Lafayette tradition that supports local education!
The annual Lafayette Res Run for Education, sponsored by the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, the City of Lafayette and Oakwood Athletic Club, returns on October 18, 2026, bringing the community together for a morning of fitness, fresh air, and philanthropy. Whether you’re a serious athlete or a casual stroller, there’s a distance for everyone: choose from the 5k, 10k, or the family-friendly 2-mile run. Either way, every step you take helps raise vital funds for our local public schools and Chamber programs.
After you cross the finish line, celebrate at the Healthy Lifestyles Fair! Can’t make it on race day? Take the Virtual Reservoir Challenge from October 10–17. Cross the finish line feeling good. Sign up today for the 2026 Res Run!
