On Tuesday, Del Pacifico Mexican Seafood and Sushi Bar in the City of Pittsburg was the target of a burglary who busted through the front door of the store and made off with multiple items.
According to the restaurant, the incident was caught on security camera and a police report has been filed with the Pittsburg Police Department.
the suspect was first observed outside the restaurant at 6:00 am before returning at 7:00 am where he shattered the front door and made entry. In total, the property loss and damages were estimated at approximately $10,000, but could be more.
Del Pacifico Mexican Seafood and Sushi Bar opened in November and is a newer restaurant in the city.
No other information was released.
Mailbox Theft Impacts 78 Units
In a separate burglary incident Tuesday morning, an apartment complex, who shared minimal information, says they were the victim of a mail theft after two suspects, described as a male and female, broke into three community mailboxes. Mail was stolen impacting approximently 78 units. A police report was filed in this incident. No other information was released.
