On Monday, the Antioch Police Department responded to the BAC Community Bank on Deer Valley Road for a report of a bank robbery.
Antioch Police confirmed on the robbery occurred but offered no details on the incident. The bank is currently closed as they are investigating the incident which happened just after 12:30 pm. Its unclear how much money the suspect got away with or if anyone was injured. Its also unclear if weapons were used.

According to the latest crime statistics, Antioch Police reported robbery was up 9.9% between 2021 to 2022. The chief will give a full presentation Tuesday.
