UPDATE: CHP Investigating Fatal Crash on Highway 4 in Bay Point

At 8:18 pm Friday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of an overturned vehicle crash with ejection on eastbound Highway 4 at Bailey Road in Bay Point

According to fire crews who arrived on scene, they reported a vehicle was on its roof with two patients out of the vehicle who were both in critical condition. A medical helicopter was requested with a landing zone of directly on Highway 4.

UPDATE
CHP now reporting this is a fatality.
