This is a result of lawless driving at excessive speeds. Welcome to Antioch!

On our way to Brentwood on Highway four several weeks ago by Lone Tree exit two cars passed/soared past us. It was right by the speed limit monitor. First car zipped by and cut in front of us and the monitor read 91mph. Second car did the same and was clocked at 86mph. I just thought it was a coincidence that it happened right by the speed monitor.
