Vallejo Police Seek Suspect Who Started Fire at Target

The Vallejo Police Department is looking for a man who caused $3 million in damages after setting a fire inside of Target.

According to police:

On February 24, 2024, at approximately 3:00 P.M., a disturbing incident unfolded at a store located on the 900 block of Admiral Callaghan Lane, prompting the Vallejo PD to seek assistance from our community.

An unidentified suspect committed an unlawful act within the establishment by igniting a significant fire during the business’s operating hours. This reckless act jeopardized the safety of both employees and customers, resulting in substantial damage to the structure and a loss of merchandise estimated to exceed $3 million.
