San Pablo Police Seek Suspect Identity in Sexual Battery Case

The San Pablo Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a sexual battery incident.

According to Police, San Pablo Police investigators are requesting our community’s assistance, to identify the suspect involved in a sexual battery incident which occurred on March 18, 2024.

On 3/18/24 at approximately 4:30PM, SPPD officers responded to the 2700 block of El Portal Drive regarding a sexual battery that had occurred.  While standing outside her vehicle at a gas station, the female victim was approached from behind by an unknown male suspect.  Without provocation, the suspect physically contacted the victim in a sexual manner and, when confronted, he left the scene on foot.

The suspect, pictured below, is described as a Hispanic male adult, approximately 30 years old with short black hair.  He was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt under a dark green-colored jacket, and dark-colored pants as shown below.   The jacket appears to have two distinct dark blue stripes along its arms.
