El Cerrito Police Released Suspect Photo in Stabbing

On November 12, 2022, at approximately 8:43 p.m., El Cerrito Police Officers were dispatched to the Nations located at 6060 Central Avenue regarding a stabbing. The victim was stabbed multiple times in the parking lot in what appears to be an unprovoked attack.

The suspect was described as a light-skinned Black or Hispanic male in, his late 20’s, approximately 5’10”, 180 pounds, well-trimmed mustache, and goatee and he was wearing a gray hooded sweater and dark sweatpants. The suspect was armed with a folding pocket knife which is still outstanding.

The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot.
