The following is a sampling of the Pinole Police Calls reported between January 21 – February 15 which focuses on the higher priority call responses in the City of Pinole.
Assault
- 1/21 – 5:45 AM – Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Tennent Avenue. One subject was arrested for domestic assault and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
- 1/26 – 10:42 AM – A report was taken to document a fight at Pinole Valley High School.
- 1/26 – 10:39 PM – A family disturbance and assault was reported in the 2600 block of Emma Drive. The suspect fled before officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident.
- 1/29 – 5:08 PM – A domestic assault occurred in the 900 block of San Pablo Avenue. The suspect was
gone when officers arrived. - 2/1 – 12:25 AM – A domestic assault occurred at Motel 6. The suspect fled before officers arrived
- 2/7 – 8:21 PM – Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Tara
Hills Drive. Two subjects were arrested for domestic assault and were transported to the
Martinez Detention Facility - 2/8 – 2:41 PM – A report was taken to document a fight at Pinole Valley High School
- 2/8 – 1:42 PM – A domestic assault occurred in the 2500 block of Downer Street. The suspect was
gone when officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident. - 2/9 – 8:45 PM – A report was taken to document an assault that as reported in the 1500 block of Mann
Drive
Brandishing Weapon
- 1/30 – 6:49 PM – A disturbance involving a subject brandishing a knife was reported in the 1800 block
of San Pablo Avenue. The suspect was gone when officers arrived
Burglary – Auto
- 1/22 – 6:27 PM – A theft occurred in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The suspect was gone when officers arrived.
- 1/25 – 11:47 AM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2700 block of Pinole Valley Road
- 1/29 – 12:05 PM – A theft from an unlocked vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of Alta Marino
Circle. - 2/7 – 5:36 PM – A vehicle burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Pinole Valley Road
- 2/15 – 1:55 PM – A vehicle burglary was reported in the 700 block of San Pablo Avenue
Burglary – Commercial
- 2/1 – 9:08 AM – A commercial burglary was reported in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive
- 2/1 – 9:21 PM – A report was received of a subject attempted to open the doors of businesses in the
1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive. One subject was arrested for possession of burglary tools and
possession of stolen property. They were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
DUI
- 1/31 – 4:39 AM – A traffic stop was made on Appian Way near Allview Avenue. The driver was cited
for driving while intoxicated - 1/31 – 6:05 AM – A traffic stop was made on Appian Way near Fitzgerald Drive. The driver was
arrested for driving while intoxicated and was released with a citation. - 2/9 – 4:12 PM – A vehicle accident occurred in the 800 block of Tara Hills Drive. One subject was
cited for driving while intoxicated and released with a citation
Fraud
- 2/1 – 10:00 AM – A resident in the 1400 block of Greenfield Circle reported fraudulent use of a debit
card. - 2/10 – 1:57 PM – A resident in the 2800 block of Estates Avenue reported being the victim of fraud.
Grand Theft
- 1/21 – 2:20 PM – A catalytic converter theft was reported in the 900 block of Belmont Way.
- 2/9 – 10:21 AM – An attempted catalytic converter theft was reported in the 500 block of Bantry Road.
- 2/9 – 3:05 PM – An attempted catalytic converter theft was reported in the 200 block of Dursey Drive.
The suspect was not located during a check of the area - 2/14 – 1:02 PM – An attempted catalytic converter theft was reported in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive
H&S
- 1/23 – 4:21 PM – Officers responded to a report of an occupied suspicious vehicle in the 3100 block of Avis Way. One subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
- 2/7 – 4:15 AM – Officers contacted a pedestrian in the 1200 block of Fitzgerald Drive. They were arrested for giving false information to a police officer, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released with a citation.
Illegal Dumping
- 1/29 – 10:31 AM – Illegal dumping occurred in the 3100 block of Ramona Street.
- 2/7 – 4:41 PM – Illegal dumping was reported in the 900 block of San Pablo Avenue
Petty Theft
- 1/22 – 5:49 PM – A theft occurred at Lucky. The suspect fled before officers arrived
- 1/22 – 6:27 PM – A theft occurred in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The suspect was gone when officers arrived.
- 1/24 – 8:23 AM – A theft occurred at Food Maxx. The suspects fled before officers arrived.
- 1/25 – 9:18 PM – A theft occurred at Lucky. The suspect was gone when officers arrived
- 1/26 – 12:53 PM – An attempted theft occurred at PetSmart. The suspect was admonished.
- 1/26 – 1:16 PM – A package theft occurred in the 2500 block of Arroyo Avenue.
- 1/27 – 12:01 PM – A theft was reported in the 2600 block of Appian Way
- 1/27 – 7:02 PM – A theft occurred at Burlington. The suspect fled before officers arrived
- 1/29 – 12:35 PM – A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of Red Oak Court.
- 1/29 – 3:01 PM – A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Rafaela Street
- 1/30 – 10:29 AM – A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 Bay View Farm Road
- 1/31 – 10:40 AM – A theft that had occurred the week prior was reported in the 1200 block of
Fitzgerald drive - 2/3 – 11:35 AM – A theft was reported in the 1300 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
- 2/3 – 1:15 PM – A theft occurred at Ulta. The suspects fled before officers arrived
- 2/3 – 1:48 PM – A theft was reported in the 2800 block of Pinole Valley Road
- 2/3 – 3:34 PM – A possible theft was reported at Pinole Valley High School
- 2/5 – 3:19 PM – An attempted theft occurred at TJ Maxx. The suspects were admonished
- 2/6 – 4:27 PM – Officers responded to a report of a theft at Target. One subject was arrested for
burglary, possession of burglary tools, and violation of probation. They were transported to the
Martinez Detention Facility - 2/7 – 4:10 PM – A theft occurred in the 2700 block of Pinole Valley Road. The responsible juveniles
were gone when officers arrived. - 2/9 – 7:52 PM – A theft occurred at Food Maxx. The suspects were gone when officers arrived
- 2/10 – 11:21 AM – A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Limerick Road
- 2/11 – 12:08 PM – A license plate theft was reported in the 500 block of Dursey Drive
- 2/11 – 8:49 PM – A theft was reported at PetSmart. The suspect was gone when officers arrived
- 2/14 – 5:28 PM – A theft occurred at Smart Stop. The suspect was gone when officers arrived.
- 2/15 – 10:09 AM – A possible theft was reported at Grocery Outlet. The suspect was gone when
officers arrived - 2/15 – 6:54 PM – A report was taken to document mail theft in the 400 block of Dohrmann Lane
Robbery
- 1/23 – 12:42 PM – A strong-arm robbery occurred at BevMo. The suspects fled before officers arrived.
- 2/2 – 5:12 PM – An attempted strong-arm robbery occurred in the 900 block of San Pablo Avenue.
The suspect was located and arrested for attempted robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility
Sideshow
- 2/12 – 12:22 AM – Sideshow activity was reported on Pinole Valley Road near Henry Avenue. The responsible subjects left as officers arrived.
Stolen Vehicle
- 1/21 – 12:04 PM – A vehicle was stolen from the 700 block of Crestview Drive.
- 1/23 – 8:01 PM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 1200 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
- 1/25 – 6:00 AM – A vehicle was stolen from the 1500 block of Ridgecrest Road.
- 2/3 – 4:55 AM – A vehicle was stolen from the 2500 block of Santa Barbara Drive.
- 2/3 – 1:46 PM – A vehicle was stolen from the 900 block of Third Avenue.
- 2/3 – 2:33 PM – An attempted vehicle theft was reported in the 2900 block of Estates Avenue
- 2/4 – 6:42 PM – A vehicle was stolen from the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
- 2/12 – 1:12 AM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 2900 block of Ramona Street
- 2/14 – 1:58 AM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 2900 block of Higuera Avenue
- 2/14 – 7:31 PM – A stolen vehicle was located on Ridgecrest Road near Foothill Avenue
- 2/15 – 6:23 PM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue
- 2/15 – 9:56 PM – A vehicle was stolen from the 2500 block of Appian Way
Trespassing
- 1/26 – 9:49 AM – Trespassers were reported at Pinole Valley High School. They were admonished
- 1/28 – 11:51 PM – A subject causing a disturbance was reported at a business in the 600 block of San
Pablo Avenue. They were admonished. - 2/3 – 8:14 PM – A subject causing a disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
They were admonished and left
Vandalism
- 1/23 – 3:56 PM – A report was taken to document vandalism in the 2600 block of Appian Way. The responsible subjects were gone when officers arrived
- 1/26 – 8:56 PM – A vehicle was vandalized in the 800 block of E. Meadow Avenue
- 1/29 – 9:31 AM – Vandalism to a fire gate was reported in the 1900 block of Galbreth Road
- 2/1 – 10:27 AM – Vandalism was reported in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court
Warrant
- 1/30 – 10:57 PM – A traffic stop was made on San Pablo Avenue near Fern Avenue. The driver was
cited for a warrant.
