Just after 9:00 pm Saturday, Pacific Gas & Electric reported a power outage in Bay Point and the City of Pittsburg which was impacting nearly 5500 customers.
As of 10:00 pm, PG&E was still investigating the cause of the outage.
Its estimated the power will be restored by 12:15 am. No other details were available.
Meanwhile, in the City of Brentwood, 233 PG&E customers were also without power with restoration at 12:00 am restoration. The outage is impacting customers in southern Brentwood around Balfour Road.
