Join the City of Antioch as they host a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service at the Antioch Senior Center.
The City of Antioch invites you to join them this Martin Luther King Jr. Day as they spend “a day on, not a day off,” encouraging all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities.
This year, the City of Antioch has two ways for you, your family and friends to get involved: Register to be part of the group that helps paint the mural celebrating Mission Elementary School’s 50th anniversary or sign up to participate in community activities at the Antioch Senior Center led by AUSD middle & high schoolers.
Take advantage of this opportunity to foster greater connections within our community across generations. Community members of all ages are encouraged to get involved as we work together to build a stronger Antioch!

Mission Elementary School:
Current AUSD Middle School and High Schoolers, join the Antioch Unified School District for its MLK Day of Service from 9:00 am to Noon on January 15, 2024.
Artist Hermain Ambriz will be working on a multi-area mural in honor of its schools milestone. Feel free to wear your painters clothes if you would like to help – 1711 Misssion Dr, Antioch CA.
