by CC News

The Bay Area Rapid Transit announced Friday morning that they are experiencing a major system delay due to unscheduled track repairs.

As of 5:21am we recommend seeking alternate transportation if you need to go across the Bay. We need to temporarily suspend Transbay service due to emergency track repairs in downtown Oakland. We will keep you updated as work progresses.

There is currently no Transbay service. AC Transit is providing bus service to San Francisco on bus NL from 19th St and Broadway.

There is a major delay system wide due to unscheduled track repairs in Downtown Oakland. There is currently no Red line or Green line service.
