At 8:51 am Monday, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a vegetation fire off Lone Tree Way in the City of Antioch.
The fire was reported near the water tower at Lone Tree and Terranova after dispatch received multiple calls. Engine 82 reported smoke showing while responding. Crews were attempting to make access on Danridge Ct.
As of 9:05 am, firefighters made access to the fire stating it was a 50×30 plot of grass on fire with slow spread–confirmed homeless encampment in the area
