The District announced 13 winners from around Contra Costa County after many in the community voted on the artwork. The idea was to increase youth awareness around water issues through artwork. Each winning entry will receive a $75 gift card, the original artwork framed with a certificate of appreciation, and advance copies of the printed calendar.
