With fall quickly approaching, here is a rundown of upcoming events from Beerfest’s, to wine festivals to the always fun Oktoberfest. There is something for everyone with plenty of food, beer, wine and entertainment.

Aug 16 – Brentwood Craft & Cider to Host Beer and Dessert Pairing Event
Brentwood Craft Beer and Cider and Flour Farms are excited to offer a craft beer and dessert pairing event! The event will be limited to 40 tickets. Each ticket will include a flight of 4-5oz craft brews paired with 4 mini desserts as well as a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize from Brentwood Craft and Flour Farms! (SOLD OUT!!!!)
Aug 26 – Side Gate 2nd Anniversary Celebration
Aug. 26 – Tahoe Brewfest
The 6th Annual Tahoe Brewfest returns to Ski Run Blvd, in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, on August 26, 2023. It celebrates all that is special about South Lake Tahoe’s mountain culture: our beer, our crafts, our environment, and most of all, our community. We can’t wait to welcome beer lovers from all over the world to enjoy a beautiful day of brew in South Lake Tahoe. Music, games, craft beer samplings, food trucks & all the fun runs through 5pm

Sept. 9 – 10: Pittsburg Seafood & Music Festival
The Pittsburg Seafood & Music Festival is an annual event held in Pittsburg, CA, celebrating the city’s maritime history, local seafood, and diverse musical acts. The festival aims to foster community spirit, promote local businesses, and provide a platform for local artists and musicians. They are thrilled to announce its second headlining act for this year’s festival: The legendary Pete Escovedo.

Sept. 16: Dust Bowl Oktoberfest (Turlock)
Sept. 16: Side Gate 2023 Oktoberfest
Join Side Gate for its Oktoberfest event on September 16th from 12-9pm! Entry includes: Commemorative stein glass, pretzel necklace, and first beer. Enjoy live music, German style beers, brats, shaved ice, and a craft fair. Buy in advance and get a can of our beer to-go! No ticket necessary for kids or non-beer/seltzer drinkers. No early pickups. Sept. 23: Brentwood Rotary’s 2nd Annual Craft Beer Festival
Join us for an afternoon of fun at the City Park in downtown Brentwood. There will be over 60 different beers and ciders available to sample. Ticket includes a tasting glass and unlimited tastings. Live music will keep the party rocking and food will be available for purchase. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go towards local scholarships and Brentwood Rotary’s other philanthropic efforts. $40 early-bird general admission tickets will be available at noon on Friday, August 4th and end at midnight on Friday, August 11th. Sept. 23 – Heart of Oakley Festival
Sept. 23-24: Lafayette Art & Wine Festival
The Lafayette Art & Wine Festival is perhaps the largest annual festival in Contra Costa County. In 2022, over 65,000 people strolled among the booths of art and handmade crafts, enjoying foods from our local restaurants, food vendors and food trucks as well as quality wines and microbrews, pausing to enjoy continuous music from our four stages.
Every year our single highest purpose is to make sure we produce a safe and clean environment for our attendees, our vendors and our volunteers at our community events. We will carefully follow the guidelines and protocols developed by the Lafayette Police Department, CDC and the California Department of Public Health.

Sept. 30 – October 1: Clayton Oktoberfest
The CBCA Clayton Oktoberfest will return on September 30-October 1, 2023. Clayton Business & Community Association invites you to experience Oktoberfest “Munich Style” in picturesque downtown Clayton, CA. Since 2004, the Clayton Oktoberfest has been the San Francisco Bay Area’s premiere Oktoberfest. Featuring an authentic German biergarten, food & beer, arts/craft vendors, live music plus a full size traveling carnival. Set under beautiful Mt. Diablo, it evokes a feeling of Bavaria.
- Authentic German Biergarten: “EIN PROSIT” Enjoy German beer and food plus dancing to live music by The internationals in our authentic Munich biergarten.
- Super Size Carnival: Kids of all ages will delight as downtown Clayton is transformed into a full size carnival with amusements rides, game booths and street performers.
- Arts & Crafts Vendors:” Take a stroll down Main Street as it’s lined with arts and craft vendors selling everything from hot sauces to jewelry to Oktoberfest gear.

Sept. 30 – Epidemic Ales Oktoberfest
October 13-14: Walnut Creek Oktoberfest
It’s time to clink glasses and lift your spirits with Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit — a toast to cheers and good times — in honor of the upcoming fall season and popular Oktoberfest celebration.
Join us in the biergarten or on the dance floor for another epic Oktoberfest in Walnut Creek. It’s a great place to show off your dirndl dress or don the lederhosen (not mandatory!). This 2-day-long, family-friendly event recreates the beloved German fall celebration.
Oktoberfest will include live entertainment, music, dancing, gourmet food and dozens of artisan vendors, arts & crafts, biergarten with dozens of craft beers, wine, international music, Kinder Platz Kids Zone.
