The Pacifica Police Department announced the arrest of an Antioch man after he was found to have a loaded handgun and fentanyl, as well as six outstanding warrants.
Here is the information released on Jan 4, 2023:
Pacifica, Ca- On December 29, 2023 at approximately 21:08 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for several vehicle code violations and contacted the driver and sole occupant, 31-year-old Patrick Lefao, a resident of Antioch.
Lefao was found to have several outstanding arrest warrants and a suspended driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and subsequently found to be in possession of a loaded handgun with an extended magazine. Officers also located two grams of suspected Fentanyl in the same backpack with the loaded firearm.
Lefao was booked at the San Mateo County Jail on the following charges:
- 29800(a)(1) PC Felon Possess Firearm (Felony),
- 25850(c)(1) PC Carry Unregistered Handgun (Felony),
- 25400(a)(1) PC Concealed Firearm in Vehicle (Felony),
- 30305(a)(1) PC Felon Possess Ammunition (Felony),
- 11370.1(a) HS Possess Controlled Substance and Loaded Firearm (Felony),
- 11350(a) HS Possess Narcotic Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor),
- 14601.1(a) VC Drive with License Suspended (Misdemeanor),
- and six outstanding arrest warrants.
