On Thursday Chaman Kabob Restaurant in the City of Brentwood announced it will be closing its doors on February 18. They cited continuous rent increases as the reason.
The restaurant serves Afghan cuisine with halal kabobs, vegetarian dishes, build your own wraps, desserts, international beer and wine located at 5611 Lone Tree Way, Suite 120, Brentwood CA 94513
Here is their message they released today online:
” With heavy hearts, we want to announce that after 13 wonderful years in business, Chaman Kabob will be closing its doors due to continuous rent increases. We want to express our deepest gratitude to our loyal customers for their support and patronage throughout the years. Your continued support has meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful for the memories and friendships we have made along the way. We are proud to have served our community with the finest Afghan cuisine and cherish every moment of bringing the flavors of Afghanistan to your tables.
Our last day in operation is Sunday, Feb 18th, As we transition to our next endeavor we look forward to seeing you and your families in the upcoming weeks.

This is a shame, they have some of the best food in town.
So sad! We love their food. They used local venders too. I can’t wait to hear about the next chapter.
