Brentwood: Tunnels of Joy Announce 2022 Recipient

With the Tunnels of Joy set to kickoff on December, the Tunnels of Joy announced this years recipient as every year they help raise funds.

Here is what was released:

Hi everyone, we would like to introduce you to this year’s Tunnels of Joy recipient:

Hi my name is Cristian Munoz and I am 11 years old. I play football for the Oakley falcons and my hobbies include riding my electric scooter and spending time with friends and family. In September I had an accident at school. I fell while playing football with my friends. I began to feel pain, my mom took me to the ER where they found I was bleeding internally and found a tumor on my kidney the size of an orange. I was diagnosed with Wilms tumor and stage 3 cancer shortly after that discovery. I underwent a major surgery to remove my kidney and the tumor, which was successful. I have already completed radiation and one month of chemotherapy and have 7 months left to go!
