Jelani is a champion for government accountability, public safety, and economic development, and will work tirelessly to improve the quality of life for the residents of Contra Costa County. Councilmember Killings earned his BA in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University
and his MPA in Public Policy and Management from California State University East Bay.
