The Yard

The applicants for The Yard in the City of Brentwood have issued a call to action encouraging support ahead of the March 19th Planning Commission Meeting.

The applicant is Anthony Roost, owner of Attraversiamo and Vine+Grain, both in Brentwood.

Project Description:

The Yard located at 200 Oak Street is a casual restaurant. A place for the community to get together after a long workday, before the local football game, concert in the park or during the farmer’s market.

As owner operators of Attraversiamo and Vine+Grain in the Streets of Brentwood since 2015, hospitality is the focus. Giving our Brentwood community another place to enjoy quality food with an experience to remember is our purpose.

  • Hours of Operation 11 am – 9 pm
  • Number of Employees – 10

The building located on site will have no architectural style adjustments.

With regard to the existing building, we will add: exterior fresh coat of paint to match current black and white color scheme, decorative exterior lighting, bathrooms to match ADA compliance, bar and commercial kitchen.

With regard to outdoor space on our property, we will add: outdoor turf, patio games, weatherproof-stained wood picnic tables and custom built booth seating.

This location will not interfere with quiet enjoyment of nearby residences. The Yard will be compliant with noise ordinances of lower than 60 DB during all hours of operation.

The principal purpose of this establishment shall be the sale of food. At The Yard, food service will be available at all times when the premises are open for business.

What a great addition to Brentwood. Hoping this is a no brainer approval. Can’t wait to visit “The Yard”
