On February 18, at approximately 11:00 pm, San Ramon Police officers were dispatched to the Mill Creek Apartments, located on Waterstone Place in the City of San Ramon for a report of shots fired.

Officers found a female adult in the complex parking lot who had sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.
