Looks like crime is down, the Mayor is doing a great job keeping the City of Antioch safe.

Manipulation November 27, 2023 - 8:08 am

The acting lieutenant thats an acting captain thats now a pretend chief is doing a good job manipulating crime stats to meet the lame mayors needs. That, and that nobody calls the police in Antioch because the cops aren’t available, makes things look great in the great cesspool of east county.

No Protection November 27, 2023 - 11:32 am

Called the police for service just last night. 3 hours later and no show. It’s horrible to live in a city where there’s no one there to protect and serve. Thanks to Thorpe who really believes he’s done something helpful to the city when it’s the complete opposite. Make sure and vote people. That’s all I’ve go to say.

The police are there to “enforce the law ,not to protect you. Look it up.

Need Edification? November 29, 2023 - 10:51 am

@JIVEASS HONKY I’m old enough and grown enough to know exactly what the police are there to do. If I were you, I’d spend time working on edifying myself. Anyone that would post the nonsense that you do, including your worthless comment to me, could use some edification. Have a nice day! And I’ll continue to call on the police when I feel it’s warranted – to serve and protect.
