Remember when crime “reduced” in Antioch.
This time a couple blocks east of City Hall.
More murders than Richmond, CA?
Crime is down says mayor and Antioch has had so far this year 7 or 8 murders?
Hard to tell because Antioch PD crime stats page has not been updated since June.
https://www.antiochca.gov/police/crime-statistics/
With Police staffing so pitifully low about all they can do is respond for dead bodies and in progress crimes.
How many crimes are going unreported because citizens come to view it as a waste of time?
Antioch just keepn it real.
Some people are accustomed to living in war zones, others are not and no one should. My question to the mayor, is he done with bashing the police and trying to control EVERYTHING or has he come to the realization that his shenanigans and devaluing police was/is a terrible decision? If he can’t answer in the affirmative, then he IS the problem.
