Oakley Police Announce Arrest in Homicide Case
The Oakley Police Department announced the arrest of Sean Karp, 18 of Oakley, in connection with a fatal shooting that killed a 16-year-old and wounded three other teens on October 21. Back on October 25, police arrested Jason Walizada, 18, Antioch, in connection with the shooting, however, he was released pending further developments in the case. — Story
